Job Description
Requirements

Stocking and Organizing:
-
Ensure shelves are stocked with products and properly labeled.
-
Rotate products to ensure freshness and remove expired or damaged items.
-
Ensure products are arranged in an aesthetically pleasing and accessible manner.
-

Customer Service:
-
Greet customers and assist them with finding products and other inquiries.
-
Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor at all times.
-
Address customer concerns and escalate to management if necessary.
-

Maintaining Cleanliness:
-
Regularly clean and sanitize the shopping floor and shelves.
-
Ensure aisles are free from obstacles and spills keeping the shopping environment safe.

Maintain cleanliness around the checkout area as well as in the storage and stockrooms.

Inventory Control:
-
Assist in inventory counts and record keeping.
-
Inform management of low stock items and ensure timely replenishment.
-

Cashiering Support:
-
Provide support during busy times by assisting with bagging or managing the checkout line as needed.

Help maintain a smooth and efficient checkout experience for customers.

Product Displays:
-
Assist in the setup and organization of promotional displays.
-
Ensure in-store marketing materials are properly displayed and up-to-date.

Safety Compliance:

Follow all health and safety guidelines.

Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
-
Previous experience in retail or supermarket settings preferred.

Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

Ability to lift and move heavy items.

Excellent attention to detail and organization skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods.
