Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to handle customer interactions resolve issues and provide accurate product information. The ideal candidate for this role should excel in communication problem-solving and maintaining a customer-centric approach. This role is critical for enhancing customer satisfaction and driving positive business outcomes.
  • Customer Interaction: Handling inquiries via phone email on-line chat.
  • Problem Solving: Addressing customer issues complaints and concerns related to products or services.
  • Order Processing: Assisting customers with placing orders tracking shipments and handling returns or exchanges.
  • Product Information: Providing accurate information about products including ingredients benefits and usage instructions.
  • Feedback Collection: Gathering customer feedback to help improve products and services.
  • Sales Support: In some cases customer service roles may also involve assisting with sales efforts or promoting new products.

Requirements

Requirements/Skills Needed:
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with
  • customers and resolving issues.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Service Orientation: A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Understanding of the companys products and services is essential for providing
  • accurate information.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with customer service tools and software (e.g. CRM systems).

Set-up and Location: Onsite
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 06:00 PM US PST (01:00 AM - 10:00 AM PH Time)
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements/Skills Needed: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred. 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field. Proficiency in software applications, such as Podium, or similar customer relationship management tool. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients effectively and internal teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and provide solutions to clients. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
