Job Description
This is a remote position.
Job Type:
- Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm MST or 9:00 am - 5:00 pm MST

We re looking for a talented data-savvy Facebook Ads Expert who knows how to build and manage campaigns that actually convert. If you love digging into metrics testing creative angles and making ad budgets work harder we want to talk to you.
What You ll Be Doing
- Running and optimizing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns from start to finish
- Testing creative targeting copy and placements to find what works and then scaling it
- Writing strong ad copy and working with our designers to create high-performing visuals
- Keeping a close eye on performance (ROAS CPA CTR etc.) and making quick smart adjustments
- Building and testing audiences including custom and lookalike audiences
- Reporting on results and sharing ideas on how to improve
- Staying updated on Meta s latest changes and best practices
- Collaborating with our marketing team to align on goals and strategy
- Facebook ads are the first priority and well utilize your skills for other marketing related tasks as they come up
What We re Looking For
- 3 years of experience running Facebook/Instagram ads with solid results
- Strong grasp of Meta Ads Manager targeting strategies and pixel tracking
- Experience driving real results whether that s leads sales or app installs
- Good with numbers and analyzing performance metrics
- Creative thinker who loves experimenting and optimizing
- Reliable organized and good at communicating with a team
