Job Description
This is a remote position.
Atlantic Talent Services is hiring a talented Operations Manager (OM) based in Latin America to lead internal operations and support the successful delivery of client projects. You ll collaborate closely with company leadership manage project managers and consultants and build scalable systems that drive results.
This role is ideal for a strategic systems-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced service-based environments.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee Client Delivery: Ensure all client engagements are delivered on time within scope and meet quality standards.
Build Scalable Systems: Develop and maintain SOPs onboarding flows hiring systems and delivery processes.
Lead and Motivate Teams: Manage internal teams and contractors ensuring accountability and clear execution.
Maximize Resources & Profitability: Review team capacity pricing and project performance to drive margin improvements.
Refine Service Offerings: Support leadership in enhancing core offerings for improved client outcomes and internal efficiency.
Requirements
3 years in an Operations Manager Director of Operations or similar leadership role preferably within a marketing agency
Strong understanding of agency operations and service delivery workflows
Proven experience creating systems and managing remote teams
Strong project management skills and ability to lead distributed teams
Proficient in ClickUp Notion Slack GDrive GHL and automation tools
Clear communicator with a strong sense of initiative
Comfortable in a fast-paced client-driven environment
Nice to Have
Experience working with or scaling remote teams in Latin America
Ability to interpret P&Ls and assist with forecasting
