Production Line Operator
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Location: Glenpool OK
Pay: $17.50/hour
Shift: MondayFriday 5:00 AM 1:30 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable Production Line Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Glenpool. In this role you will set up and operate slitting lines to process aluminum coils according to customer specifications. This is a hands-on position requiring attention to detail a strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate slitting lines including loading coils and adjusting machine settings
Monitor machine performance to ensure product quality
Measure and inspect finished coils to confirm compliance with specifications
Maintain a clean and safe work environment following all safety protocols
Accurately document production data and complete required paperwork
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines and goals
Flexibility to work across multiple departments as needed
Required Skills & Experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
Ability to read and interpret job orders and measuring tools
High attention to detail and quality standards
Self-motivated and team-oriented
Must be able to read a tape measure accurately
Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
Effective time management and reliable attendance are critical
Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more
