Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Team Member to join our dynamic team in Campbelltown Australia. In this role you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and driving profitable sales growth.
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
- Process web orders efficiently including picking packing and coordinating timely delivery
- Actively seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to maximise sales
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to better assist customers
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Qualifications :
- Proven customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Excellent communication abilities both verbal and written
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
- Time management skills to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Experience in a customer-facing role is desirable
- Proficiency in visual merchandising and order processing is an advantage
