You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Security Supervisor directs and coordinates the activities of the Security Officers actively engaged in the execution of the CFI Inc. security programs under the direction of Director of Security and or GM.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervises security officers. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning assigning and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience
Two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to use a computer.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as security operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals frequently on the computer. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence on the computer. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Ability to respond to common inquires and/or complaints from customers other Westgate team members regulatory agencies frequently on the computer. Ability to communicate effectively in person over the phone and in writing (done on the computer).
Reasoning Abilities
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations including emergencies related to the property guests and/or employees. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oral diagram schedule form or computer generated.
Certifications Licenses Registrations
Red Cross Certification CPR AED First aid.
