Were partnering with a leading roofing contractor in the West Palm Beach area thats looking for a sharp experienced Estimator / Project Manager to oversee full-cycle commercial and residential projects.
This isnt entry-level. Its your chance to lead estimate manage and drive results with a company that actually invests in its people.
What Youll Be Doing:
Prepare detailed estimates proposals and budgets for roofing projects (residential & commercial)
Manage project execution from kickoff through closeout
Coordinate with subs suppliers and internal crews to keep timelines and costs on point
Maintain job documentation and perform site visits as needed
Serve as the primary client point of contact ensuring quality safety and client satisfaction
Qualifications :
Must-Haves:
3 years of experience in roofing estimating or project management (bonus if youve done both!)
Strong knowledge of Florida roofing code & construction timelines
Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Excel
Highly organized with excellent communication and client-facing skills
Local to West Palm Beach or nearby (relocation not offered)
