Job Description
We are currently seeking a Service Communications Assistant to support our internal communications team and assist in maintaining clear consistent and professional messaging across departments. This role plays a key part in ensuring service updates procedural changes and client-facing materials are effectively communicated.
Responsibilities
Draft and distribute internal service updates and communications
Collaborate with team leads to gather information and translate technical content into clear messaging
Assist in developing client service communication templates and FAQs
Monitor and respond to internal communication queries
Support departmental meetings and create summary reports as needed
Maintain records of service communication activities and assist in process improvements
Coordinate with administrative and service teams to ensure message accuracy and timely delivery
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Business Administration or a related field
1-2 years of experience in communications administrative assistance or customer support roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Outlook)
