Job Description
We are currently seeking a Client Account Representative to serve as a key liaison between our clients and internal departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service mindset attention to detail and a proactive approach to handling account matters. This position plays a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Manage day-to-day client communications and requests professionally and promptly
Track and resolve issues related to billing service delivery and account discrepancies
Monitor contract compliance and maintain accurate client records
Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client needs and expectations
Assist with onboarding new clients and preparing account documentation
Provide regular account updates performance reports and renewal notices
Identify opportunities to improve service and increase client satisfaction
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications Real Estate or a related field preferred
1-3 years of experience in account management client relations or administrative roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Professional demeanor and a customer-focused attitude
