We are seeking a Senior Sales Performance Consultant (Sr. SPC) to jointheGo-To-Market Enablement teamto partner with our Global Online Sales field team. This is the fastest growing business for LinkedIn Marketing Solutions with ambitious growth targets. ThisSr. SPCwillpartner with 2 of our global sales leadership in North America including Sr Directors and frontline managers toalign sales enablement strategies to key business prioritiesfocused ondriving growth and unlocking opportunities. THE GO-TO-MARKET ENABLEMENT (GTME) TEAM: GTME teamownsthe businessrelationships and drives development strategy we are aligned with specific regions andsegments andserve as an extension of the sales leadership team in their remitis to enable and empower the field and sales managers in their region/segment todo the best work of their careers. To raise the bar in how we think about Sales Excellence and to embrace learning and growth across Sales Skills Sales Methodology Sales Process and Sales Coaching. Specifically the OSO GTME team anchorsenablement programs around the skills habits and knowledge needed to be a successful scaled input into the centralized program management team to ensure programs are being built in a way that will best drive value in-market. SPCsbring learning insights to their businessand their sales leadersto drive recommendationson where we should prioritize and focuslearning programsto close gaps or to drive team is essential to making learning land stick anddrivemeaningful value for our global business.
SENIOR SALES PERFORMANCE CONSULTANT ROLE: This person willpartner directly with senior leadership based globally todrivebusiness growth identify opportunities and facilitate quarterly in-person development days. An ideal candidate for this role is passionate about development has deep sales and businessacumen they possess the ability to identify trends to execute on new processes and standards across the teams and build strong relationships with our sales leaders. Theyare energetic around owning end-to-end programs themselves and they are innovative future-focused person needs to be comfortable operating in ambiguity with open-mindedness agility positivity and a continuous commitment to iterating and improving.
REPORTING: This person will report into Kelly Kosiek (Sr Manager Global OSO based in San Francisco) and will work directly with 2 Sr Directors located in North America.

The pay range for this role is $116000 to $176000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set depth of experience certifications and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
