Job Description
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufes durch Administration und Monitoring der Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM-Umgebung
- First Level Support fr unsere CRM Keyuser und somit erster Ansprechpartner bei technischen Fragen
- Erweiterung und Optimierung der Dynamics 365 Standard-Module. Durchfhrung von Tests und Dokumentation aller nderungen
- Entwicklung und Implementierung von Power Automate Flows zur Automatisierung von Dynamics 365 CRM-Geschftsprozessen
- Zentraler Ansprechpartner fr das Power BI Entwicklungsteam und Untersttzung bei der Nutzung von Dynamics 365 CRM-Daten in PowerBI
Qualifications :
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Kenntnisse in Programmiersprachen wie HTML .NET oder Java sind von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen wnschenswert
- Ausgeprgtes analytisches Denkvermgen und lsungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Ma an Lernbereitschaft sowie Team- und Kommunikationsfhigkeit
