Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Payroll & HR Coordination team ensuring high performance and engagement.
- Oversee fortnightly and monthly payroll processing ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Drive continuous improvement streamlining payroll processes and system enhancements.
- Manage workcover payroll tax and superannuation reconciliations with precision.
- Support seamless onboarding contract management and employee status changes via Workday.
- Foster strong cross-functional relationships across Finance Tax Treasury and P&C teams.

Qualifications :
- Proven leadership in Payroll & HR Coordination with a values-driven approach.
- Strong compliance governance and payroll expertise including ANZ legislation.
- Experience managing HR systems and payroll transformation projects.
- Ability to navigate complex challenges influence stakeholders and drive change.
- A passion for continuous improvement and innovation in payroll and HR operations.
- Exceptional communication problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
