Job Description
Reporting to the Development Manager you will primarily focus on developing and maintaining cross-platform applications using .NET MAUI within a Scrum team environment. You will also contribute to other software development projects engaging in the full software development life cycle. You will be expected to methodically work through processes/systems with a logical mindset to understand how they function and apply this knowledge to sourced data and integrations.
Qualifications :
Technical skills & experience required (mandatory):
- 3 years .NET development experience including .NET MAUI or
- 3 years C# experience
- Proficiency in XAML for building cross-platform UI with .NET MAUI
- Experience interfacing with third-party APIs
- SQL Database experience (SQL query writing)
- Data translation and data import skills
- A technical mindset with natural inquisitiveness to learn how systems work
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including sound English language skills
Additional skills we are looking for:
- web experience
- MVC Framework experience
- HTML/CSS and Javascript jQuery
- Unit Testing xUnit
- Building web APIs including using RESTful API
- experience will be advantageous
- Exposure to reporting tools (e.g. Crystal Reports or similar)
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum team environment is advantageous
- Familiarity with Azure or other cloud platforms is a plus

Additional Information :
This role has the potential for a hybrid mix of WFH and in-office (2-3 days/week) in our Docklands location across the road from the picturesque South Wharf Marina in Melbourne.
