Job Description

The Egis Group has recently implemented a matrix model introducing dual governance through the regions in addition to the Business Lines. Consequently we have moved to consolidate corporate services in the UK to serve all Business Lines delivering both dedicated business partnering and shared services.

This role forms part of the finance team in the UK reporting to the Head of Finance Shared Services and managing the delivery of shared services across the UK. The scope of the shared services covers payables and payroll invoicing and treasury management and reporting and compliance.

The finance function has been through a period of transformation over the past year with entity-specific finance resources being centralised into one UK finance team and the migration onto a new ERP Oracle. This role must now build upon that progress and ensure that all shared service activities have the correct level of stewardship and demonstrable SLAs are in place and regularly communicated to key stakeholders.

There is a strong emphasis on people management to ensure the successful functioning of the team. This role would be based at our London offices near Waterloo. We operate a hybrid working policy but this role would require a minimum of 3 days in the office each week.
