DescriptionJob Summary:
Ideal candidate will support Leisure Group as well as have the opportunity for insight into several different departments that contribute to cash room revenue within Caesars in development execution coordination and reporting of initiatives set forth by the Leisure Group Teams performance across Nevada and New administrative assistance to the Leisure Sales Team as needed.
Key Job Functions:
- Process and coordinate groups to include working in Amadeus to confirm booking and process rooming lists
- Create invoices collect payments and communicate with group contacts and front desk to ensure a smooth arrival
- Create and maintain Excel reporting to support production and promotion
- Monitor and advise property content changes to external partners
- Liaise with on property operations teams for customer service issues and to resolve property concerns
- Interface with Distribution Revenue Management Analytics Accounting Total Service Legal and other internal departments to attend meetings as needed resolve disputes and provide necessary customer service
- Create distribute and maintain contracts online bids addendums amendments rooming lists and spec sheets for all CET properties
- Coordinate department support efforts to include maintaining email distributions shipping of collateral materials for trade shows facilitating Diamond Card requests arranging and conducting site visits making VIP reservations for rooms amenities restaurants shows and limousines
Qualifications:
- College degree preferred not required
- Previous hotel experience preferred not required
- The ability to type 60 wpm preferred not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft software to include Excel PowerPoint Outlook and Word required.
- Salesforce Amadeus LMS Ariba and Oracle preferred.
- Must have proven accountability when working with confidential information.
- Must possess excellent customer service organizational and communication skills.
- Must be able to get along with co-workers and work in a team environment.
- Must present a professional appearance.
Work Environment Requirements:
- Must be able to continuously maneuver around office
- Must be able to bend crouch kneel lift twist and work at desk and around offices when performing job functions.
- Must be able to read write speak and understand English.
- Must be able to operate keyboard telephone computer calculator and copier/scanner/fax machine.
