As the Manager Channel Optimisation & Experimentation you will be responsible for leading and managing the optimisations of the Loyalty Marketing Channel Platform to drive commercial and customer benefits to assist in increasing marketing incremental revenue. You will oversee incorporating business requirements system enhancements measurement capabilities and experimentation to increase marketing channel performance.
You will be accountable for ensuring that new measurement approaches are investigated and applied where experiments are undertaken to validate algorithmic enhancements for additional value-creation particularly in relation to new capability that is being delivered as part of the Personalisation and Experimentation team. You will have ownership of the change management process and the education of these experimentation enhancements to stakeholders.
The Manager Channel Optimisation & Experimentation will collaborate co-ordinate and influence several teams and will be required to own the reporting and measurement roadmap to provide a vision for current and future enhancements to the Leadership and broader team. A deep understanding of sophisticated market-leading digital measurement tools and processes will be required to continuously enhance and evolve the system to remain current with a rapidly changing digital landscape.
