Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate reliable and dedicated full time In-Home Caregiver to provide non-medical assistance to 43 year old ideal candidate will have experience in providing personal care companionship and support to childrenor disabled individuals ensuring their comfort safety and well-being.
Split Schedule: Monday-Friday:
7am - 8am then returning for a shift from4:30pm - 5:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing dressing grooming and hygiene.
- Help with light housekeeping tasks including meal preparation laundry and general cleaning.
- Provide companionship and engage in social activities with clients.
- Assist with mobility transfers and positioning.
- Ensure the clients home environment is safe and comfortable.
- Playing and being a friend.
- Monitor the well-being of the client and communicate any changes to family members or supervisors.
- Assist with running errands such as grocery shopping appointments and other activities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.
- Compassionate patient and empathetic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to lift and assist with mobility if needed.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain certification).
