We are seeking a software engineer to contribute to the development of software related to perception performance (e.g. radar) for Interior Sensing Systems (ISS). As a software engineer you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Analyze requirements design and implement software for the ISS system.
Collaborate with domain experts including platform teams to propose cutting-edge solutions.
Work closely with other software application and test engineers to develop systems in accordance with the V-model.
Engage in technical discussions and negotiations with customers and cross-functional experts globally.

Required Experience and Skills
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or a related field
Over 3 years of experience in system/software development
More than 3 years of hands-on experience with C programming
Proficiency in Matlab and/or Python programming
Advanced Japanese communication skills
Business-level proficiency in English
Preferred Experience and Skills
Experience in C software development for automotive or embedded control systems
Basic knowledge of image processing and millimeter-wave sensors
Language Proficiency
Business-level English proficiency
Native-level Japanese proficiency (equivalent to JLPT N1)
