Job Description
The Mobility Electronics (ME) division develops new electronic control units (e.g. for combustion engines comfort functions airbags) and a wide range of sensors (e.g. for battery charge state inertial yaw-rate pressure NOx) in close cooperation with manufacturing. These products are engineered to a state of the art level both in technology and reliability and are to be found in cars of a very large group of manufacturers.
Your tasks:
Mechanical design of automotive components based on customer specifications
Creating models and drawings in CAD systems
Performing mechanical and structural stress calculations
Documentation of design and development processes
Supporting quality insurance with FMEA and DRBFM tools
Qualifications :
Bsc/Msc in mechanical engineering
Experience in 3D CAD modelling
High level of precision
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently
English and/or German knowledge skills
