Qualifications :
Qualifications thatll make you a superstar:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a fast-paced high-quality kitchen.
- Level 3 Food Safety certification (because safety is key even when youre creating magic in the kitchen).
- Passion for leading a team and creating innovative mouth-watering dishes.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying calm cool and collected.
