1. Make sure client service standards is implemented and enhance as client expectations and continue to evolve and change in the marketplace
2. Drive client satisfaction by providing insights and actionable recommendations during presentations or business reviews
3. Be responsible to expand our scope of influence with clients across a wider range of products and with greater depth of involvement
4. Build and maintain ongoing relationships with the identified key persons within client organization
5. Proactively support team leader and interact with Client Engagement teams

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Less than 1 year experiences in research or marketing in Market Research/FMCG/Retailing industry
2. Excellent communication and consultative convincing skills by English and Mandarin
3. A consultant mindset in problem diagnosis and actionable solution propose based on data and data analysis
4. Good logical thinking and analytical skill
5. Good presentation skill
