Job Description
- Actively contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns by ensuring alignment with our business objectives and target audience.
- Crafting marketing materials including brochures email newsletters digital content and social media posts for our Lex Medicus Medilaw Next Health MindSense and FertilityPsych brands.
- Monitoring and reporting on the performance of various marketing initiatives allowing us to make data-driven improvements.
- Provide crucial support in the planning and execution of diverse events ranging from seminars and webinars to conferences and networking.
- Aiding in logistics management including venue selection catering speaker coordination and the preparation of promotional materials.
- Meticulous attention to detail will ensure that events operate seamlessly and provide a positive experience for attendees.
- Actively contribute to the engagement of industry partners stakeholders and associations.
- Coordination with external vendors and sponsors aiming to elevate the overall experience of our events.
- By identifying opportunities for co-marketing initiatives you will play a pivotal role in expanding our outreach.
- By tracking and analysing key performance metrics associated with marketing and event success you will help provide valuable insights to shape future strategies.
- Contribution will also extend to preparing regular reports empowering the team to make data-driven decisions and continuous improvements.
- Promote and support practices that are inclusive responsive safe and accessible.
Qualifications :
Qualifications and Experience
- Intermediate level graphic design (Canva Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience in building and editing web pages and developing content (WordPress & SEO knowledge a plus)
Specific Knowledge and Skills
- Legal insurance or medical industry experience is highly regarded but not essential
- Competent across all social media channels
Personal/ Attributes/Competencies
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills including copywriting that drives action amongst a variety of different audiences
- Proven ability to foster positive working relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders with experience managing competing priorities and expectations
