Long Term Contract
Need Overall 10Years of experience
3 References from the recent projects is must.

3 References from the recent projects is must.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8 years Experience in composing reviewing and editing technical documents policy manuals procedural documents operational guidelines materials and reports.
- 8 years Previous experience researching developing and disseminating information on techniques for organizing and presenting policy procedure and technical information.
- 8 years Ability to consult with technical staff in the development of documentation policy and procedural material.
- 6 years Previous experience preparing responses to correspondence reports surveys questionnaires and other requests for information
- 6 years Experience creating and presenting policy and procedure updates reports options and feedback to upper management and C Level stakeholders.
Preferred:
- 5 years Previous technology writing experience in the public sector
- 5 years years Knowledge of IT policies and procedures.
OTHER SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Technical writing (manuals procedures policies).
- Policy and process documentation.
- Interpersonal presentation and communication skills.
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
- Research data analysis and visualization.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma and ITIL methodologies.
- Ability to handle confidential data and work in a fast-paced environment.
