The Fee Strategy team is looking for an exceptional Business Intelligence Engineer to drive data analysis and insights to help develop our fee strategies and products that support the global Selling businesses. In this role you will leverage your SQL skills to construct and implement data pipeline to collect data clean/organize data to get it ready for analysis and perform structured analysis to glean insights that will identify areas of opportunity. This will directly influence actionable business decisions regarding our fee proposals and products for current business and influence strategies for the launch of new businesses. You should be self-starter who is proficient in SQL data structuring and business analysis have an extremely high level of customer focus have a passion for strategy and analysis and love mining large and complex datasets.
As you further your career as a business intelligence engineer in Seller Fee Strategy you will focus on instrumenting automation of metrics that measure customer experience and identify emerging trends teams need to focus on helping us refine fee proposals and products as well as the way we think about fee strategy. Key job responsibilities Build and maintain recurring metrics and reports across global Selling businesses Complete ad hoc data retrieval and analysis using relational databases Excel and other data management systems Develop new metrics product for historic and business lifecycle analysis Design and implement reporting solutions enabling stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions Support cross-functional teams on the day-to-day execution of projects and initiatives Help develop requirements and specifications with business and development teams Effectively communicate insights to key stakeholders through both written and verbal communication
- 3 years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift Oracle NoSQL etc. experience - Experience with data visualization using Tableau Quicksight or similar tools - Experience with data modeling warehousing and building ETL pipelines - Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling
- Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2 DynamoDB S3 and Redshift - Experience in data mining ETL etc. and using databases in a business environment with large-scale complex datasets
