Job Description
Position: Project Manager
Location: Boyertown PA (Hybrid Onsite Tuesday Wednesday Thursday)
Employment Type: Full-time On-site

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the deployment and enhancement of IQMS ERP (now DELMIAworks) and related systems across a manufacturing organization. This role is critical in standardizing system processes managing key IT projects and aligning ERP solutions with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end implementation and optimization of IQMS/DELMIAworks ERP across various business modules (manufacturing planning purchasing finance etc.).
- Manage project timelines resources milestones and deliverables in alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of IT initiatives.
- Create and maintain documentation including SOPs validation protocols and change management records.
- Ensure software license compliance and oversee hardware/software procurement processes.
- Support quality and manufacturing functions by identifying improvement opportunities and delivering technical solutions.
- Supervise day-to-day IT operations and contribute to long-term system strategy planning.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in regulated industries.
- 3 years of hands-on experience with IQMS/DELMIAworks implementation across multiple modules.
- Strong background in project management with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows environments.
- Capable of working independently and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Previous experience in manufacturing settings.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry experience in plastics manufacturing.
- Familiarity with multi-ERP environments.
- Background in post-acquisition IT integrations and quality systems implementation.
- Experience working in multi-site organizations.
