We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as a Sales Executive. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
We will count on you to:
- Identify maintain and expand a book of business focused on high-yield high-risk mid-sized accounts potentially including personal sales targets.
- Conduct thorough research and leverage a large professional network to proactively generate growth within the industry/product line.
- Represent the business for moderately complex accounts addressing RFPs and developing compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Lead the sales process for high-risk high-yield accounts ensuring client satisfaction throughout all phases while negotiating value-driven outcomes.
- Evaluate the book of business and identify opportunities for expansion by leveraging internal contacts and market developments.
- Serve as a recognized resource within the industry/product line maintaining professional relationships with key stakeholders and representing the company at industry conferences.
What you need to have:
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and managing complex accounts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to develop persuasive sales presentations.
- Ability to conduct thorough market research and leverage a professional network for business growth.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
