Job Description

Position: Inside Sales Representative

NARIK CONSULTING LLC is a leading provider of IT consulting services specializing in helping businesses optimize their technology infrastructure. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team.

As an Inside Sales Representative you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients and promoting our services to them. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients understanding their needs and providing them with customized solutions that meet their specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels including phone calls emails and social media
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Conduct research on potential clients and their industries to understand their needs and pain points
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Understand and effectively communicate the value proposition of our services to potential clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve targets
  • Keep accurate records of all sales activities and update the CRM system
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends competitors and market conditions to identify new opportunities for business growth
  • Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on sales strategies and results

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration marketing or a related field
  • Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of IT consulting services and industry trends is a plus
