What Youll Do:
- Lead engaging and empowering Reformer-based classes for all fitness levels
- Create a warm inclusive space where clients feel encouraged and challenged
- Offer clear cueing thoughtful modifications and hands-on adjustments to promote safety and results
- Build genuine relationships with members and foster long-term client loyalty
- Represent the Club Pilates Clarkston vibe motivated welcoming and professional
- Maintain a clean organized and inviting studio space
What Were Looking For:
- Comprehensive Pilates Certification (minimum 450 hours) from a reputable program
- Experience teaching group Reformer classes (experience with Chair Cadillac and other apparatus is a plus)
- A vibrant personality and strong communication skills
- Passion for movement and helping others feel their best
- CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain)
- Availability for a consistent teaching schedule including occasional weekends or sub opportunities
