Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm professional manner
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries complaints and requests promptly and effectively
- Coordinate special requests and ensure VIP guests receive outstanding service
- Collaborate with front office and other departments to ensure seamless service
- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and local attractions
- Contribute to maintaining high guest satisfaction scores
Qualifications :
Requirements:
- Degree or background in Hospitality Tourism or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving attitude with a guest-first approach
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible with working hours including weekends and holidays
- Experience with hotel management software (Opera Cloud Sistem Otel etc.) is a plus
