Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager with an engineering background to oversee the infinity roof top project. The ideal candidate will manage the entire fit-out scope including faade glazing HVAC MEP design and fire life safety systems ensuring high-quality delivery within a strict 4-month timeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from mobilization to handover.
- Review the drawings
- Coordinate all construction activities including:
- fit-out works
- Faade and glass cladding with retractable window systems
- Installation lighting and sound systems
- HVAC and MEP systems design and implementation
- Fire and life safety systems
- Liaise closely with client contractors consultants designers and suppliers to ensure timely progress and resolution of technical issues.
- Conduct and lead regular site meetings and technical reviews.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications quality standards and local authority requirements.
- Track project milestones and ensure strict adherence to deadlines.
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports and updates for management and stakeholders.
- Monitor procurement schedules and verify on-site deliveries against program needs.
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies when necessary.
Qualifications :
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management with specific experience in restaurant or hospitality fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out works faade systems HVAC MEP and fire safety.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with a proactive approach.
- Hands-on experience working with consultants authorities and contractors in Qatar (preferably in Msheireb or similar high-profile developments).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in relevant softwares.
