The focus of our training services are to support those who are disengaged disadvantaged or are second chance learners to develop their skills and confidence whilst improving their education and employment outcomes through the delivery of industry and regional relevant training. The delivery of our training services is via online learning face to face training and practical placements with host employers.
MADEC is a Nationally Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and we are proud to deliver accredited training to hundreds of students annually in high priority industry areas. Our goals for training are simple - teach people skills to get the job they want and give employers the workforce they need.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Education & Care Trainer and Assessor to join our dynamic team.
Our Certificate III and Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care are some of our most popular and reputable qualifications with our trainers responsible for delivering quality training and competency based assessments to willing students from diverse backgrounds and capabilities. This role will cover the Sunraysia region and offers the flexibility of a hybrid arrangement including coverage from the Mildura office travel and working from home.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have at least 3 years practical industry experience hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) and hold a minimum Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care and /or Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Careor demonstrated equivalence and adequate digital literacy skills.
You will possess strong communication and excellent time management skills and have a strong focus on customer service and conduct yourself with a high level of professionalism.
You will require a current Working with Children check and National Police check.
