About the position
This position is responsible for the development coordination and the operational delivery of activities and events that facilitate the Universitys partnerships with strategic partner schools and other external stakeholders as required.
The role is the day-to-day liaison for the Universitys partnership with the Ivanhoe Grammar School (IGS) and Charles La Trobe College each of which have campuses on or near La Trobe Bundoora as well as other programs and partnerships as directed. The position is responsible for stakeholder relationship management and maintenance including planning coordinating and managing required campus resources (including room and facilities bookings). The role will also liaise with academic and professional staff for the delivery of campus-based activities including event planning and scheduling rostering/managing casual staff and maintaining clear and open lines of communication around expectations and deliverables.
