Were looking for a dedicatedEnvironmental Services Team Leadto join our team and help us maintain a spotless and welcoming environment for our patients visitors and staff. In this role youll be a key player in ensuring our hospital is a place where everyone feels comfortable and safe.
What Youll Do:
- Lead the Way:Step up and guide our Environmental Services team in the absence of the supervisor ensuring smooth operations and high-quality work.
- Coordinate & Organize:Help schedule tasks coordinate shift changes and assign work to team members making sure everyone knows what needs to be done.
- Hands-On Cleaning:Roll up your sleeves and perform a variety of cleaning tasks including floor care dusting bed making waste removal and more.
- Maintain a Safe Environment:Follow strict infection control and safety protocols to protect our patients and staff.
- Team Building & Motivation:Inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Be a Problem Solver:Address challenges and find solutions to ensure our environment is always clean and well-maintained.
- Be a Role Model:Demonstrate our hospitals mission vision and values through courteous and professional behavior.

Qualifications
Bonus Points:
