As the RN Program Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating Outpatient Services including Ambulatory Infusion and Infection Prevention. You will collaborate and assist ancillary services to coordinate preauthorization medical necessity patient scheduling medication audits and quality improvement projects. More specifically the RN Program Coordinator is responsible for setting up chemo infusion a service we currently do not provide. Youll schedule patients for any infusions preauthorize and provide medical necessity. Youll thrive in this role as you work collaboratively with the health team to assist with and implement changes including EHR navigation audits as well as floating to the ER as previous nurse experience adds tremendous value to our nursing team.
