Summary of our role
Are you a visionary creative leader with a passion for crafting impactful and original work Were looking for a Creative Director with a deep understanding of earned first creative to drive innovation inspire and elevate our creative output across multiple media channels. In this role youll oversee the development of strategic high-quality concepts while ensuring exceptional execution that aligns with client needs and brand strategy.
Please note this is a full-time permanent role and our current hybrid working arrangement is two days from home. Our office is located in Kings Cross.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Leading the origination and delivery of conceptual ideas guiding and shaping them with the wider team.
- Overseeing and producing high-quality creative work across various media exceeding client expectations.
- Managing and mentoring ensuring motivation development and high performance.
- Collaborating closely with Accounts and Strategic Teams to create innovative on-brief and results-driven pitches.
- Driving the design process from initial concept to final execution ensuring work is delivered on time and on budget.
- Fostering a culture of creativity innovation and collaboration across all teams.
This Role Could Be a Great Fit for You If:
- You possess a deep understanding of earned media / PR / integrated including how to create ideas that generate organic engagement and media coverage.
- You have a strong creative vision and can translate ideas into compelling design concepts.
- You are an experienced leader who can manage develop and inspire creative teams.
- You excel at managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
- You communicate effectively and collaborate seamlessly across departments.
- You understand brand strategy and ensure that creative output aligns with business objectives.
You have extensive experience as a senior creative in an agency environment.
