Location:Toronto Office (5 days in office)
Annual salary range: $48000 - $53000

The opportunity
Join our growing Corporate Services team as an Office and Business Coordinator and play a key role in keeping our office operations running smoothly and efficiently. Based in Toronto this position is at the heart of our internal coordination effortssupporting everything from daily office operations and staff travel to document formatting and event logistics.
Youll thrive in this role if you enjoy keeping things organized solving logistical puzzles and being the go-to support for colleagues across teams. With lots of variety and room for initiative this is a great opportunity to contribute to a collaborative fast-paced and mission-driven environment.
Your responsibilities
Office Operations
Manage office supply inventory and maintain kitchen reception and shared areas
Coordinate with building management on office access and facility matters
Set up workstations and maintain desk equipment for new staff
Lead local social events and activities as part of our Corporate Social Committee
Handle incoming and outgoing mail courier coordination and document binding
Support office documentation and assist with large office purchases
Assist with domestic travel bookings and onboarding new users to our travel system
Project and business support
Assist in formatting and editing documents and proposals
Manage translation requests and support project-related administrative needs
Support coordination of conferences branded materials and event logistics
Other administrative support
Submit expense claims for managers and monitor shared inboxes
Act as Alternate Company Security Officer (ACSO) to support security clearance requests (Note: Canadian citizenship required)
Support HR in general admin tasks
What you bring to the team
A diploma or degree in administration business or related field
Three years of experience in an office coordinator role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Excellent written communication and proofreading skills
Organization skills detail-focus and a solutions-driven mindset
Ability to work independently with strong initiative and follow-through
The legal right to work in Canada
