The Senior Counsellor will be responsible for providing supervision to a team of passionate and highly skilled and experienced Counsellors. Will be responsible of holding a case load and providing direct Counselling support to victims of Family Violence and Sexual Assault. Clinical supervision certification is also a requirement.

This role is permanent Part-time (0.6 FTE) and a truly rewarding opportunity for someone with a professional background in Counselling and working with victims of Family Violence and Sexual Assault.

*As Windermere is a not-for-profit organisation employees are able to claim everyday living expenses up to $15900 against their annual Pre-Tax Salary. Use the salary packaging calculator available here - Salary Packaging Calculator Accesspay- ( Salary up too - $67K (pro rata) without Salary Packaging this is the equivalent and comparative salary in the job market to $74K (pro rata) (including $15900 Salary Packaging)
