Join Toll Group as an Aviation Implementation Program Manager!
Are you passionate about aviation and ready to lead a transformative program Toll Aviation is seeking a dynamic Aviation Implementation Program Manager to oversee the implementation of the State Police and Ambulance Rescue Aviation Service (SPARAS) program in South Australia. This program will deliver Airborne Law Enforcement Search and Rescue and Medical Transport services via fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft based at Adelaide Airport. The position is based on a 2-year Fixed Term Contract.
The role of the SPARAS Implementation Program Manager involves leading the mobilisation and implementation phases of the contract with a focus on planning resource allocation and risk management. Key responsibilities include engaging internal and external stakeholders overseeing resource management identifying and mitigating risks monitoring performance metrics and applying best practices for continuous improvement. You will manage the programs rollout to ensure that all elements are implemented within agreed timeframes.
