Overview
The Content Writer Intern plays an essential role in supporting the content team by creating engaging and informative content across various platforms. As a vital member of the marketing team the interns work is crucial for enhancing brand presence and driving audience engagement. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm and develop new content ideas.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity grammar and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve visibility.
  • Assist in managing the content calendar to ensure timely publication of materials.
  • Track and analyze content performance metrics to understand audience engagement.
  • Conduct competitor research to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss project updates and strategies.
  • Help create engaging multimedia content including infographics and videos.
  • Support the maintenance of the companys website by uploading new content.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns by providing content insights.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and relevant topics to inform content creation.
  • Engage with audience comments and feedback on social media platforms.
  • Assist in formatting and preparing content for email marketing campaigns.
  • Work on additional projects as assigned by supervisors or senior writers.
Required Qualifications
  • Pursuing or completed a degree in English Communications Marketing or a related field.
  • Strong writing editing and research skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and practices.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to write engaging and informative content suitable for a target audience.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Prior internship or relevant experience in writing or marketing is preferred but not required.
  • A portfolio of writing samples showcasing a range of styles and topics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and take constructive feedback.
  • Experience with social media platforms and content creation tools is an advantage.
