Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation and Configuration: Lead and participate in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central including the customization configuration and testing of modules to meet business requirements.
- Business Process Analysis: Work with business stakeholders to understand their processes identify gaps and propose optimized solutions within the Dynamics 365 framework.
- Technical Design and Development: Collaborate with development teams to design technical solutions develop custom modules and implement system enhancements using AL programming C/AL and .NET.
- Data Migration and Integration: Manage data migration from legacy systems to Dynamics 365 Business Central and ensure smooth integration with other systems using APIs Azure services or middleware.
- Support and Troubleshooting: Provide post-implementation support troubleshoot issues resolve bugs and ensure the smooth functioning of the ERP system.
- Training and Documentation: Develop user manuals conduct training sessions for end users and ensure knowledge transfer of key system functions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between technical teams business stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure project success and alignment with business goals.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum X years of experience working as a Techno-Functional Consultant with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AL language C/AL Visual Studio Code .NET SQL Power BI Power Apps and Azure.
- Functional Expertise: Strong knowledge of finance supply chain inventory sales and purchasing modules within Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Project Management: Experience with the end-to-end implementation lifecycle from gathering requirements to post-go-live support.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues propose innovative solutions and ensure timely resolutions.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate or equivalent certifications.
