Job Description

Bay Area Hospital is looking for a Locum Cardiology Nurse Practitioner. 3 month assignment with the possibility of extension. As the Medical Center for Oregons South Coast Bay Area Hospital offers a comprehensive range of diagnostic and therapeutic services. We offer a great atmosphere and many growth opportunities for our employees.

Accepting full-time (80 hours per pay period)
4 x 10s
0730-1630 clinic hours
0730-1630 hospital hours
50% inpatient 50% inpatient
NPs currently do weekly rotations between hospital and clinic (one week in hospital next week in clinic etc.)
15-18 clinic patients per day
8-15 hospital patients per day
4 physicians on staff
An assigned MA to assist with managing patients
Triage RN team
Device clinic and dedicated device clinic staff
General cardiology invasive cardiology and electrophysiology support
EPIC EMR
Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner is required

Board Certified

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
Oregon

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner ; Is the provider interested in full-time or part-time employment; Has ties to Oregon - i.e. family in the area or has lived in OR at some point
