Job Description

Weekend Receptionist Olympia Orthopaedic Associates

Location: Olympia WA

Schedule:Sunday 10-10.5 hour daytime shift depending on patient load.

Pay:$19 - $27 per hour $5 weekend shift differential

(Pay is determined based on experience a $5 shift differential is added for all hours worked on the weekends)

Summary of benefits:

Eligible to participate in the 401K plan with company match and profit sharing. PTO/Sick Leave is accrued based on employment status.

Olympia Orthopaedics is a drug-free alcohol-free and smoke-free workplace. If offered employment passage of background screen and pre-employment drug screen is required. Please note nicotine levels are included in testing.

Receptionist Summary:

As a Receptionist for OOA you will be the face of the office as patients are checked in for their appointments making excellent customer service a priority. You will be responsible for performing various clerical duties such as checking in patients answering phones taking messages scheduling appointments and updating patient charts within a busy orthopaedic practice.

Receptionist Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a medical office setting non-medical Receptionist roles would also be considered.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
