What Youll Do:
- Lead high-energy inspiring Reformer-based group classes for clients of all levels
- Create a warm welcoming environment where every client feels seen supported and challenged
- Deliver safe effective instruction with clear cueing hands-on adjustments and modifications as needed
- Build strong lasting connections with clients and motivate them on their Pilates journey
- Represent the uplifting professional and community-driven spirit of Club Pilates Okemos
- Help maintain a clean organized and inviting studio space that clients love coming back to
Who Were Looking For:
- Comprehensive Pilates Certification (minimum 450 hours) from a reputable program
- Experience leading group Reformer classes (Chair Cadillac and other apparatus experience is a plus)
- Positive upbeat energy with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A passion for movement health and empowering others
- CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain)
- Dependable and available for a set schedule with flexibility for weekends and subbing when needed
