Job Description
Our client specializes in providing top-notch Plumbing and HVAC services. They are currently in search of a dedicated and hands-on Shop Lead to oversee daily operations of their warehouse and shop facilities. This cross-functional role combines management and physical labor supporting the construction teams by maintaining tools equipment and vehicles ensuring everything is safe organized and ready for use.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of warehouse and shop facilities
- Maintain tools equipment and vehicles
- Ensure safety and organization of work environment
- Manage warranties and monitor tool check-in/check-out procedures
Qualifications:
- Mechanically inclined with familiarity with construction equipment such as jetters propress/mega press tools meters and drain/sewer systems
- Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting up to 100 lbs digging ditches and making occasional part deliveries
- Experience in property management or working in construction environments is highly valued
- Ability to work independently manage resources and communicate effectively with field staff
- Proactive attitude reliability and tenure
