Inside Sales Account Manager
Location: North Fort Worth TX
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 AM 5 PM
Employment Type: Full-time
A fastener sales company located in North Fort Worth is seeking an experienced Inside Sales / Account Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic sales environment and values precision client satisfaction and process compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts by providing excellent service and timely support
- Process and track sales orders with high accuracy
- Apply quality clauses and contract-specific requirements in all transactions
- Coordinate LTL shipments and ensure timely delivery
- Communicate effectively with government and commercial clients
- Resolve issues quickly and maintain strong customer relationships
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a Sales Account Management role
- At least 1 year of experience with fastener standards and specifications (MIL SAE ASME)
- Hands-on experience with Less-than-Truckload (LTL) logistics a must
- Familiarity with government contracts and compliance guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Proficient in data entry and order tracking systems
