Qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end program management for complex technical initiatives focused on Azure cloud services.
Collaborate with engineering product operations and business teams to define project scope timelines and deliverables.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans schedules and risk mitigation strategies.
Drive technical discussions around Azure architecture infrastructure and deployment best practices.
Coordinate Azure resource provisioning configuration and management with cloud architects and DevOps teams.
Track progress using program management tools and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Manage dependencies identify blockers and proactively resolve risks impacting program success.
Communicate status risks and issues to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote continuous improvement in project execution.
Ensure compliance with security governance and operational standards within Azure environments.
Stay current with Azure services features and industry trends to guide technical decisions.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or a related field.
5 years experience in technical program or project management in cloud environments.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure platform
Proficient in Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban) and tools (JIRA Azure DevOps).
Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Azure certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Azure DevOps Engineer or Azure Fundamentals.
Experience with other cloud platforms (AWS GCP) is a plus.
Experience in data platforms AI/ML or cybersecurity on Azure.
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including without limitation skill sets education responsibilities experience and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $100000 to $118000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidates qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
