Job Description

Overview

The Database Coordinator supports the data and gift processing needs of the Philanthropy team. This position will ensure the accuracy integrity and confidentiality of the donor database while helping maintain strong relationships with supporters.

Responsibilities


Responsible for managing and maintaining donor records in Salesforce overseeing the full gift processing cycle and supporting fundraising efforts through strategic data management and reporting.
Generates both standardized and customized reports that offer comprehensive insights supporting research efforts and informing fundraising strategies necessary to meet annual goals effectively.
Serves as a central point of contact for database quality control donor acknowledgements reporting and data-driven support for cultivation and stewardship.
Plays a key role in working with Salesforce consultants our internal ITS partners and external giving vehicles to ensure seamless data flow and donor engagement.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications


EDUCATION:Required: Bachelors Degree
EXPERIENCE:Required: 3 years
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:
