Job Description
Join Our Dream Team at New Psalmist Baptist Church as an Information Technology Associate Superstar!
New Psalmist Baptist Church is dedicated to sharing the Gospel nurturing disciples and transforming the community. We have thousands of people attending our weekly services both in person and online. We understand how important technology is to support our ministry. Therefore we are excited to announce that we are looking for a skilled IT Associate to join our team. This person will help maintain our digital systems and support our growing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide frontline technical support to staff and volunteers (in-person and remote)
- Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems printers AV equipment and mobile devices.
- Support livestreaming worship tech and church management software as needed.
- Assist with network administration data backups and cybersecurity measures.
- Set up and configure new equipment (PCs Macs mobile devices)
- Manage user accounts email systems and cloud platforms (Microsoft 365 Google Workspace etc.)
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate asset inventories.
What We are Looking For:
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills with at least 2 years of IT support experience
- Working knowledge of Windows macOS and mobile platforms
- Familiarity with church management systems (e.g. Planning Center Fellowship One) a plus
- Understanding of AV/Livestream technology a strong plus
- Ability to clearly communicate with both tech-savvy and non-technical users.
- Teachable proactive and mission-aligned
- Willingness to work flexible hours including Sundays and special events.

Salary Range: $37000-$53000K annually based on experience
