Were on the lookout for a Channel Director to lead the charge in Sales Modern Trade & eCommerce for our Pet Nutrition division in Romania. Youll guide a team of 3 Key Account Managers and 1 Support roles to deliver outstanding growth execution and impact all while championing our commitment to pets and their parents.

What Were Looking For:

- Extensive FMCG Sales experience with a proven track record in Modern Trade.
- A strong existing network of retail customers in Romania.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience using Nielsen and other market data tools .
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams and developing talent.
- A digital native with a solid understanding of eCommerce dynamics and digital touchpoints.
- Strong internal relationship building: you know how to get things done from cross-functional alignment to building clear compelling cases that drive decisions.
- Fluent in Romanian & English with availability to travel (10%).
- Being an animal lover is a must and if youre a Pet Parent even better!
What Youll Be Doing:
- Lead the channel strategy and execution for Modern Trade & eCommerce ensuring profitable sustainable growth.
- Coach and empower your team to deliver customer excellence and best-in-class in-store and digital visibility.
- Build strong Joint Business Plans that deliver growth through pricing promotion and portfolio management both offline and online.
- Drive execution of new product launches campaigns and activations in retail and digital.
- Maximize the impact and compliance of trade investment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and ensure accurate forecasting data-led decisions and customer alignment.
